Studio Policies

Participants must be 19 years of age or older (unless with parental and instructor consent).
Classes are subject to changes or cancellations. Participants will be notified.
Participants must provide 48-hours notice of cancellation to receive a full refund for drop-in classes
A full refund for cancellations is available up to one week in advance of the first class of a progressive series.
No refund for cancellations within one week of the first class of a progressive series.
Due to the limit in class size, no refunds will be given for progressive series after the first class.
Pole Parties require 50% non-refundable deposit a week in advance. Full payment required at the start of class.
All who enroll in drop-ins or progressive series should be in good health and cleared by their physician before attending our classes.
Participants must be aware of the risks, which are outlined in the waiver, before attending any of Calico Cats Fitness classes at Unity 253 or elsewhere.
Students must read thoroughly, understand, and be in agreement with all provisions and sign a waiver before entering their first class.

Please:

Please be early or on time (if late please enter quietly) and wait quietly outside of the studio for earlier classes to end.
Silence your phone.
No filming or photos during instructional time, unless with instructor permission
Remove rings and dangling jewelry before class.
Be respectful of each other and the instructor.
Only instructors may spot.
Do NOT teach other students.
Be safe + USE crash mats
Clean poles and equipment at the end of class.
Only use equipment when the instructor is present and has given permission.
Put equipment away (i.e., mats, straps) at the end of class.
