With Movement Flow, you will embark on a journey of physical growth and development through playful and dynamic movements like rolling, twisting, and more. Whether you are young or old, a beginner or experienced, Movement Flow is for everyone. Instructor Bio: Dana Marcano Hi, my name is Dana Marcano, I am a 56-year-old mother of three and grandmother of two. A few years ago, I discovered exactly what I had been searching for when my oldest son introduced me to Movement Flow, a new dynamic and innovative fitness system created by Slava Goloubov. As one of the first teachers in this groundbreaking practice, my son shared some of the fluid transitions with me, and I was instantly captivated. Movement Flow seamlessly blends elements from yoga, martial arts, breakdancing, contemporary dance, and gymnastics, offering a holistic approach that celebrates playfulness, creativity, and connection. Since that pivotal moment, I have wholeheartedly embraced Movement Flow, completing multiple Level One trainings, attending enriching retreats in Thailand, and undergoing comprehensive teacher training under Slava's mentorship. In December 2023, I proudly earned my Movement Flow Teacher Certificate, equipping me to share this transformative practice with others. I am incredibly excited to begin my teaching journey at Unity 253. Having been a student at Unity 253 since last Fall, I have experienced firsthand how Movement Flow enhances core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, making other forms of movement like Aerial Arts more accessible and enjoyable. Unity 253 is pioneering this unique offering in Kamloops, and I am grateful for the opportunity to invite our community into this supportive and inspiring practice.
