Requirements: Completion of level 1+, 18yrs+ This 3 week course explores the mores sensual aspects of pole in a safe and encouraging environment. This is a mixed level class so the instructor will be teaching variations for levels beyond level 1. Come no matter your experience level ( must have level 1) and be ready to have a blast! Heels are encouraged but not required. Learn to dance and explore movement with the pole while finding your inner tigress!
