Service Description
This class is the foundation of pole fitness. In this series participants will learn the foundations of momentum, develop basic spins, and become comfortable with basic transitions around the pole and on the floor. This course emphasizes correct muscle engagement and proper techniques. All pole classes involve strengthening and stretching exercises. Graduation Skills: - Shoulder slide (tuck n’ slide) - Forward momentum spin - Backwards momentum spin - Twizzler - Fireman spin - Pinwheel spin (aka stag spin)
