Pole Level 3: Elevated Beginner Jan/Feb

Service Description

Prerequisite: Must have completed Level 2 and be able to competently perform all graduation skills on both sides, open to participants 18+ This class continues to build on the spins and pole sits developed in Level 2. More advanced spins and spin combinations are introduced. Participants will develop confidence with sits higher on the pole and progress their basic climb techniques. The first grounded full invert is introduced in this class. All pole classes will include strengthening and stretching exercises.
